**About Us**

Homedesignia is a leading company, in interior design and home improvement company dedicated to transforming living spaces into inspiring environments. We’re seeking enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our team and help us connect with potential customers.

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact with prospective clients. Your role will involve explaining our products and services, understanding customer requirements, and generating leads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain our products/services and answer customer queries.
- Generate and nurture leads for the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in [language(s)] (e.g., English, Hindi).
- Basic computer skills for maintaining call logs.
- Enthusiasm to learn about our products and services.

Pay: ₹8,850.89 - ₹27,585.88 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
