**Full job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote interior design services.
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
- Explain service offerings, gather client requirements, and schedule appointments for design consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Basic understanding of interior design industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven environments.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
