**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our properties, and scheduling site visits. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for customer engagement, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about available properties.
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding property listings and services.
- Explain property details, features, and pricing to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain and update a database of leads and follow-up on potential opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role (preferably in real estate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Graduate preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
