RIDHISHA REALTORS PVT. LTD. is looking for a motivated and confident **Telecalling Executive** to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships for our real estate services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Explain company services and real estate project details.
- Maintain call records and update client information in the database.
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Handle basic customer queries and route calls when needed.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support (real estate experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
