**Role Overview**:
The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential and existing clients through the IndiaMART platform. The role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, explaining products/services, and ensuring conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients listed on IndiaMART and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries generated through the IndiaMART portal.
- Generate and qualify leads to create business opportunities.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into orders.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and updates in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Report daily progress and submit call logs to the Team Leader.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred (IndiaMART experience is an added advantage).
- Good communication skills in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of regional language is a plus).
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and result-driven.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
