**About the Role**

We are looking for friendly and responsible Customer Support Associates to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers over the phone, assist with cab bookings, handle queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow scripts/guidelines while addressing different customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system
- Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by going the extra mile
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated and improve performance
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **Tamil and English** (required)
- Active listening and a customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Previous experience in a call center is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Punctuality and regular attendance are essential
- **Bachelor’s degree** (required)
- Must be able to **relocate or commute to Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore**

**Salary**
- Fixed Salary: ₹14,500 - ₹16,000 per month
- **Performance Incentives**: ₹2,500 - ₹3,500 per month
- **Total Monthly Earnings**: Up to ₹19,500

**Work Schedule**
- **Day Shift**: 07:45 AM - 03:45 PM
- **Evening Shift**: 03:45 PM - 11:45 PM
- **Night Shift**: 11:45 PM - 07:45 AM

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
