- **Information Delivery**:Communicating accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- **Issue Resolution**:Effectively resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- **Maintaining Records**:Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- **Achieving Targets**:Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and call resolution targets.
- **Process Improvement**:Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
