**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Help hiring managers craft job descriptions to attract elite talent
- Assist with posting jobs
- Conduct technical interviews
- Create and update documentation related to hiring stats
- Suggest ways to improve the recruiting lifecycle as we scale
- Promote the company on a wide basis

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Experience as a Non Tech recruiter 2-4 yrs
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
