Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in a competitive job market in India. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Responsibilities - Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms - Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process - Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring goals - Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract talent Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition - Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software - Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
