Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter, located in Bengaluru. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent for technical roles. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining a database of qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting skills
  • Experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
