Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles with clients across the United States. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals through various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Analyze job descriptions, identify key skills, and match candidate profiles accordingly.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide timely follow-ups and feedback.
  • Negotiate compensation rates and terms with candidates.
  • Maintain and update ATS/CRM systems with candidate records and activities.
  • Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
  • Stay updated on IT technologies and US immigration/work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
  • Meet daily/weekly recruitment metrics and contribute to team hiring goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of US staffing market and employment types (W2, 1099, C2C).
  • Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work in EST/CST/PST hours.
  • Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
