Timings : EST ( 6PM to 3AM IST)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter with 3 to 5 & 9+ yrs years of experience in sourcing IT professionals for the US market. You will be responsible for finding, screening, and submitting candidates for various IT roles, while working closely with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified IT candidates for open positions in the US.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate skills and experience.
  • Use various platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools to find the best candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews, offers, and candidate follow-up.
  • Stay up to date on US employment laws, visa processes (H1B, OPT, etc.), and recruitment trends.
  • Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future openings.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 & 9+ yrs of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Knowledge of US IT roles (developers, engineers, etc.) and technical skills.
  • Experience with sourcing tools and job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with US visas (H1B, OPT) and related hiring processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
