We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with strong expertise in US Healthcare Staffing, particularly in servicing AYA Healthcare MSP accounts. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with top staffing firms such as LanceSoft, Kelly Services, or similar organizations, and must have hands-on experience with major clients like Providence Health and Cedars Sinai.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Clinical (Allied) and Non-Clinical roles under AYA Healthcare MSP programs.
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for requisitions from Providence Health, Cedars Sinai, and other major West Coast healthcare clients.
Work closely with account managers and delivery leads to meet weekly and monthly submission and placement targets.
Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination between candidates and clients.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance for all submissions.
Required Qualifications
23 years of proven experience servicing the AYA Healthcare MSP account, including exposure to Providence Health and Cedars Sinai.
Previous experience with US Healthcare staffing firms such as LanceSoft, Kelly Services, or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Flexibility to work in US PST time zone shifts.
Preferred Skills
Experience with high-volume recruitment in Admin & Allied Healthcare domains.
Knowledge of MSP/VMS systems used in US Healthcare staffing.
Strong candidate relationship and client coordination skills.
