Experience: 3-5+ years in US IT recruiting, specifically for Infrastructure roles.
Time Zone : EST hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based Infrastructure requirements, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
- MSP/VMS Compliance: Expertly navigate and comply with client-specific MSP/VMS (Vendor Management System) processes, including portal submissions, rate negotiations, and compliance tracking.
- Sourcing & Strategy: Utilize a multi-channel approach (job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals) to build a robust pipeline of qualified Infra talent.
- Infra Role Expertise: Recruit for a wide range of Infrastructure roles, including but not limited to other Generic IT and Finance and Accounting roles for our enterprise clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a demonstrable focus on Infrastructure positions.
- Mandatory prior experience working with MSP/VMS systems (e.g., Allegis, KellyOCG, PRO Unlimited, Beeline, Fieldglass).
- Strong understanding of the US job market, including time zones, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
