Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled
US IT Recruiter
with strong experience hiring for
engineering clients
including domains such as manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, semiconductors, medical devices, and embedded systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of closing niche engineering and IT-embedded roles for US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for
    engineering-focused IT and technical roles
    in the US market.
  • Work closely with US engineering clients to understand job requirements, technical needs, and project expectations.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, visa status, and cultural fit.
  • Submit qualified profiles with detailed summaries to hiring managers or clients.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Track and manage recruitment activities using ATS or internal systems.
  • Work under tight deadlines to meet client deliverables and hiring SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–8 years
    of experience as a US IT Recruiter, specifically supporting
    engineering or industrial clients
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    engineering job roles
    such as:
  • Familiarity with US tax terms:
    W2, C2C, 1099
    , and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with US clients and candidates professionally.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
