Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic
HR Recruiter
to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process. Experience in handling clients will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing Candidates

  • Use job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.

2. Job Postings

  • Create, manage, and optimize job postings across multiple platforms to ensure maximum visibility and a diverse pool of applicants.

3. Screening & Interviews

  • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure job descriptions are accurate and aligned with requirements.

5. Candidate Evaluation

  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

6. Offer Negotiation

  • Extend offers to selected candidates and discuss compensation packages.

7. Onboarding Support

  • Assist in coordinating onboarding activities to ensure new hires have all necessary resources and information.

8. Database Management

  • Maintain an organized recruitment database and track candidates through each stage of the hiring pipeline.

9. Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, including open positions, candidate statuses, and interview outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar recruitment role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR-related tools
  • Experience in handling clients is a strong plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Zoho)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
