Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements, ensuring timely closures while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and job specifications.
  • Schedule and manage interviews with clients/candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring IT roles.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.

Required Skills:

  • 1-4 years of IT recruitment experience (Domestic/International).
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good understanding of various IT technologies and skill sets.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
