The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the core microservices that power our AI-driven recruitment platform.

This role is ideal for engineers who love performance optimization, enjoy solving complex architectural challenges, and thrive in a high-growth, data-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices using Go/Golang.
  • Contribute to overall system architecture ensuring resilience, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate AI/ML models and complex business logic into backend services.
  • Optimize system performance and database queries for high throughput and low latency.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and actively participate in code reviews.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver robust technical solutions.
  • Champion engineering best practices and mentor team members to maintain high code quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
  • Strong expertise in Go/Golang, with a proven track record of building production-grade, concurrent systems.
  • Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices architecture using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD processes.
