HR Recruiter

Location: RT Nagar, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to identify and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fitment.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates through the hiring process until onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of current hiring trends and market insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in bulk hiring or specific industry hiring (e.g., IT, Non-IT, Sales, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and onboarding processes.
