Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding process updates.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Stay updated on current trends in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Blue color recruitment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
