Job Description: As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
