Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Lalbagh Road, Bangalore

Prerana Motors Pvt Ltd., a reputed automobile dealership for Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles manufactured by Tata Motors Ltd. is looking for a talented Recruiter to help hire the right talent across multiple functions.

The Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process of attracting, engaging and hiring bright talent across various functions. The role partners closely with Hiring Managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Company's talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for roles across multiple functions.

· Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, referrals and walk-ins.

· Screen resumes, conduct tests and interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

· Maintain a strong data base of qualified candidates and track metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

· Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations and facilitate the on boarding process.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and initiate best practices in recruitment.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Represent the Company brand at job fairs, industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Create and post job description across multiple platforms.
  • Providing recruitment report to Reporting Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

· PGDHRM / MSW / MBA in Human Resources with proven record.

· Minimum 8 to 12 years of recruiting experience, preferably from retail industry.

· Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Advanced computer skills including data base management, internet search methods etc.

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
