Overview The Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organization by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions. They work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. The Recruiter is responsible for attracting top talent, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and contributing to the overall success of the company's staffing efforts.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and networking
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage the recruiting process from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline processes
  • Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Prepare and present job offers
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers
  • Contribute to the development of recruiting strategies and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to adapt to change and continuously improve recruitment processes
  • Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
