Job Description:

As a Recruiter at , you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our rapidly growing organization. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure we identify and hire the best candidates who align with our company values and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for our SaaS company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position and craft job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect those needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screens.
  • Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback from hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other organizations to attract and recruit top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a SaaS company or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for recruiting and a strong desire to help build a world-class team.
