*Job Title:* HR Recruiter (IT and Non-IT)

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment efforts across various IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and staffing needs

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in IT and Non-IT domains

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals

  • Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further interviews

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations

  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other external partners

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and employment laws

  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless recruitment processes

  • Provide recruitment metrics and analytics to stakeholders

*Requirements:*

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in IT and Non-IT domains

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Masters / graduation in HR or related field preferred

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Experience with recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management software

  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations

  • Certification in HR recruitment, such as SHRM or HRCI
