Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including IT recruitment, technical recruiting, and general hiring activities. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates through various channels, screen and interview candidates, and manage the offer process. The IT Recruiter will also be involved in developing and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
  • Proficiency in IT Recruitment and general Hiring practices
  • Strong Recruiting skills with a focus on both technical and non-technical positions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the IT or tech industry is must
