Position - Recruitment
Location -Bangalore
Recruiter (Pharmacy Background)
- related positions within our organization. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the pharmacy field, and a proven track record in talent acquisition.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition**:
- Promote and enhance the organization's employer brand within the pharmacy industry by developing compelling job descriptions, writing engaging recruitment content, and utilizing social media platforms effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment strategies to attract top pharmacy talent.
**4. Recruitment Process Management**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, establish timelines, and set realistic expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide actionable insights to optimize the hiring process.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the pharmacy industry.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy practices, regulations, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP) or Certified
Personnel Consultant (CPC) are a plus.
