Description We are looking for a dedicated IT Recruiter to join Eminence Tech System, a leading outsourcing/offshoring company located in Electronic City Phase 2. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. You will be involved in exciting projects to build a talented team that drives the company's success in the competitive IT industry. This role is vital in ensuring that Eminence Tech System has a skilled workforce to deliver high-quality services to its clients. The IT Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, source candidates through various channels, and manage the entire recruitment process efficiently.
