We are seeking a **result-oriented Recruiter** to join our dynamic team at Princeton America, a fast-growing recruitment firm specializing in multiple domains. You’ll play a crucial role in helping clients find the best talent by managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **end-to-end recruitment** for client mandates across junior, mid, or senior levels.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate closely with clients and account managers.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly **target metrics** (submissions, interviews, closures, etc.).
- **Maintain trackers, dashboards, and ATS entries** accurately.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- **1-4 years** of recruitment experience in a staffing or consulting firm (preferred).
- Good exposure to **lateral, or niche hiring** in sectors like IT, BFSI, BPO, Manufacturing, etc.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and client interaction skills.
- Familiarity with **Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and Excel**.
- Target-driven with a sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working with **client coordination**.
- Basic understanding of **offer negotiation and onboarding**.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
