**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote NCG as an employer of choice.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on niche technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT skill sets, particularly in ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, and other specialized areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
