Position: IT Recruiter
Location: Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Working Days: Monday–Friday (5 days/week)
Experience at least 1 years
Role Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic recruiters to join our HR team as IT Recruiters. In this role, you'll assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring entry-level IT talent, while supporting end-to-end recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Job Posting
- Assist in crafting job descriptions and posting on job portals, social media, and university portals
- Resume Screening & Initial Interviews
Review applications, screen freshers over calls or video, and assess basic technical aptitude and communication skills
- Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- Database & ATS Management
- Communication & Candidate Experience
- Graduate
- Strong interest in starting a career in recruitment or HR.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic familiarity or willingness to learn ATS and recruitment platforms
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT roles.
- 1 + years knowledge in technical screening or Boolean sourcing techniques
- Strong interpersonal and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setup.
