**Position: IT Recruiter - Freshers (7 Openings)**

**Location**: Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work From Office)
**Working Days**: Monday-Friday (5 days/week)

**Qualifications**: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech

**Role Overview**

We’re looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our HR team as IT Recruiters. In this role, you'll assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring entry-level IT talent, while supporting end-to-end recruitment efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- **Sourcing & Job Posting**:

- Assist in crafting job descriptions and posting on job portals, social media, and university portals
- **Resume Screening & Initial Interviews**
- **Interview Coordination**

**Required Qualifications**
- **Database & ATS Management**:

- **Campus & Event Support**:

- **Admin & Process Support**:

- BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or M.Tech graduate.
- Strong interest in starting a career in recruitment or HR.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Desirable Skills**
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setup.
