The recruiter will be on one year contract basis and mainly be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all the openings in India including but not limited to the following:
- Work closely with hiring manager to clarify the recruitment plan.- Source and develop industry-related / effective recruitment channels.- Handle job advertising creatively.- Conduct the employment verification check.-
- Make analysis on labor market trend and talent availability and proactively propose recruitment strategies/adjust the approach to speed up the hiring.- Prepare the recruitment report to the hiring manager and keep close communication with the hiring manager on the status.- Follow up the on-boarding process for the new hires and ensure all the process / documents are administrated in line with the pre-defined guidelines.

Supplementary Tasks:
- Back up the other HR team member when required- Other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
- 3+ Years experiences in IT Recruitment- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.- Able to handle work pressure.- Have a good teamwork spirit.- Excellent verbal & written English.
