**Job Title**: GEM Tender Bid Executive

**Location**: Ghaziabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Reports To**: [Relevant Department/Manager]
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification & Analysis**:

- Identify relevant tenders on the GEM portal that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Analyze tender requirements, specifications, and guidelines to ensure eligibility and compliance.

**Bid Preparation & Submission**:

- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents, certifications, and other requirements.
- Prepare competitive bids by accurately completing required documents, preparing cost estimates, and drafting proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of bids on the GEM portal to meet deadlines.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of all tenders, bids, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all GEM guidelines, government regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle GEM registration, renewal, and related formalities for the company.

**Follow-up & Communication**:

- Follow up on submitted tenders, monitor bid statuses, and address any queries or clarifications.
- Communicate with government officials and client representatives to resolve issues related to bid submissions.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Knowledge of government procurement regulations and processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in handling GEM tenders, bids, and government contracts.
- Familiarity with GEM portal processes and tender documentation.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,732.52 - ₹25,427.30 per month
