Job description Responsibilities: Identify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial then prepare a summary Keeping records of all the Tenders published by the department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offline platforms. knowledge on GEM tendering. Manage bidding process from consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/ partners till bid is submitted. Searching of Tenders through online and GeM portal on regular basis and identifying which contracts may be of interest to the company. Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, and pre-qualifications. Follow up
- All mail, (PBG)
- Bank Guarantee, EMD Release. Follow up for Pending payments to the customers, coordinate (externally and internally) customer requested changes, prepares and provides customer order documentation (e.g. invoices, tracking number, etc.) and communicates customer requirements internally. Requirements: Strong knowledge/Exp. Of computer -MS word, Excel, Gem -Portal. Experience in Tender job and sales co-ordination

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
