We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage and coordinate all activities related to government and private sector tenders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify relevant tenders from online portals.
- Study tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, etc.) and understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare, compile and submit tender/bid documentation in accordance with client specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to gather required inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain records of all submitted tenders, contracts and related documentation.
- Monitor post-submission activities including follow-ups, clarifications, and negotiations.
- Track and renew registrations on e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state portals).

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in handling tenders and bid processes.
- Good knowledge of e-tendering platforms (e.g., GeM, CPP Portal, State Tenders).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with technical product/service tenders.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with digital signature certificates (DSC) and online submission requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
