Location:

- Pune Maharashtra

Salary:

- 15,000 To 25,000 Per Month + Food And Accommodation

Education:

- Diploma / Degree in hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with hospitality industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Previous experience in hotel reservations, front desk operations, or customer service roles preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process room reservations accurately and efficiently in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate room types and packages based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and special accommodations.
- Manage guest profiles and preferences to personalize their experience.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing for reservations.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
