**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring all bookings are accurately processed across all platforms (direct, website, travel agents, OTAs, and corporate partners).
- Ensure proper room allocation and manage availability based on guest preferences, group bookings, special packages, and peak/off-peak periods.
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, activities desk, and transport teams to ensure smooth check-ins, arrivals, and guest arrangements.
- Train and guide the reservations team to ensure a high standard of guest service and adherence to resort policies.
- Handle special booking requests, VIP reservations, honeymoon packages, and long-stay arrangements.
- Monitor occupancy levels, overbooking risks, and suggest strategies to optimize resort capacity and revenue.
- Assist in updating and managing content, rates, and promotions across OTAs and booking engines.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and room pickup for management review.
- Resolve guest complaints and reservation discrepancies efficiently and professionally.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in hotel or resort reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience using PMS and channel management tools (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloudbeds, or similar).
- Strong understanding of resort operations and guest expectation management.

- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office and reservation/PMS software.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and OTA operations.
- Ability to remain calm and handle high-pressure situations during peak seasons

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
