About the Team India is growing fast and the TA team needs you The role will be based in Mumbai or in Pune and will require you to be based there. Relocation allowance will be provided. Workday requires you to be in the office 50% of your time. About the Role TA Partners at Workday are trusted advisors to our stakeholders and leaders. We partner with them to coach and advise them on attraction, selection and hiring of talent. We recruit to a very high level standard. About You So, what are we looking for: - You have some recruitment experience- - You're comfortable managing 10 to 15 requisitions at a time and routinely deliver 10 to 12 hires a quarter with ease Additional Requirements: - You have great energy, you're proactive and are highly organised- You hold yourself and your workmates to a high set of standards- Your attitude is not about doing "just enough", it's about doing the very best you can do every day- You are comfortable being a champion and ambassador of the Workday values at every possible opportunity (make sure you check out our values) Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).
