**Job Summary**
- As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting Group Support Function, you will be a strategic hirin advisor and execution partner to business stakeholders across Standard Chartered Bank. This role requires deep expertise in sourcing niche and senior functional talent, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage end -to-end recruitment across geographies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.- **Key Responsibilities**

**Strategy**
- Act as a Strategic advisor to group function leaders, aligning talent acquisition plans with business objectives, work force planning, and growth priorities to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Leverage data, market intelligence, and hiring trends to inform sourcing strategies, build proactive talent pipelines, and influence workforce decisions across multiple geographies.

**Business**
- Partner with business leaders and HR Advisors/ Head of HR to understand functional priorities, role requirements, and evolving skill needs across Group Support Functions, ensuring talent solutions are fit-for purpose.

**Processes**
- Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, adhering to global guidelines, audit requirements, and adhering to SLAs

**People & Talent**
- Champion a diver and inclusive hiring culture by embedding equitable sourcing, assessment, and selection practices across all mandates.
- Contribute to the upskilling of hiring managers and peers through knowledge sharing, market insights, and best practices in strategic talent acquisition.

**Risk Management**
- Ensure all recruitment activities are meeting the regulatory requirement, internal policy guidelines and audit standards, minimizing reputational and operational risks.
- Proactively identify and escalate resourcing-related risks, including non-compliance, process deviations, or conflicts of interest, and support remediation actions where necessary.

**Governance**
- Adhere to the Group’s governance framework and recruitment controls, ensuring transparency, fairness, and consistency in all hiring decisions.

**Regulatory & Business Conduct**
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

**Key stakeholders**
- Business Heads and Hiring Managers - Group Support Functions (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, HR, CRES, Legal, Corporate Affairs & Brand and Marketing)
- HR Advisors and Heads of HR
- HR Ops & Onboarding Team.
- External Search Partners and sourcing vendors.

**Skills and Experience**
- Strategic Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Recruitment Tech. proficiency (Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc.)
- Data Driven decision making
- Offer Mgmt & Negotiation

**Qualifications**
- 7-12 years of experience in recruitment
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Sound knowledge of database management, and internet search methods
- Familiarity with job boards like Naukri & LinkedIn
- Multitasker, team player, and flexible to changing business trends.
- Ability to manage difficult conversations with ease.
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment cycle and various sourcing techniques.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Independent thinker, quick decision maker, and problem solver.
- An entrepreneurial mindset is preferred
