**Job Description**:
**Position Overview**
As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, this is a key strategic role within Third Bridge. With plans to expand our Mumbai office, this role will be critical in identifying and recruiting the best talent into our teams across multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for working with the local leadership team to design strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring that robust selection and assessment processes are in place.
The core responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess and retain talent
- Conducting phone and face to face interview
- Developing and managing consultative relationships with Hiring Managers, providing a high level of client service to internal stakeholders and partners
- Supporting global talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities
**Qualifications**:
- Hold an undergraduate degree
- Strong experience with active and passive sourcing
- Previous background of a 360 recruitment role would is desired but this may come from either and RPO or internal role
- Eligible to work in the India without requiring sponsorship
