Muthoot Fincorp is hiring State HRBP, WEST for Secured and Unsecured Lending Business. The role is based in Mumbai and we are looking for an experienced HR professional (exposure in Mortgages or Home Loan hiring) and responsible for Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering across the West Zone.
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent, reduce hiring turnaround time, and enhance candidate experience for the territory.
# Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met with high-quality hires.
# Define and monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.) through recruitment data analysis.
# Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to ensure competitiveness in the talent market.
# Conduct exit interviews , manage full & final settlements, and ensure PF closure for employees exiting the organization.
# Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, training support , and strengthen leadership connect for critical roles.
# Partner with business stakeholders to provide recruitment insights and expertise that align with business performance goals.

Experience: 8–12 years overall HR experience, with at least one significant stint (5+ years) in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector .
# Postgraduate in HR / MBA in Human Resources.
# Strong knowledge of BFSI HR practices , statutory compliance, and labour laws.
# Proven leadership and people management experience, with a track record of building and grooming high-performing teams.
# fluency in Marathi and English is preferred.
