**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**:
The Medical and social support informatics is found at the intersection of healthcare and technology. It is where skills in both medical, social support and computer sciences come together to put technology to its best use in Patient Care in Clinical, Social support and Research settings.

**KEY RESULT AREAS**:
2- Managing Mobile Device Application (MDM) and check the regulars’ logs of enrolled devices.
3- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with Internet Wi-Fi password issues.
4- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
5- System monitoring & troubleshooting of all the computer hardware & Accessories as well.
6- Installation of Microsoft Windows O/S as well Applications software & Utilities, Antivirus and removing viruses from PC.
7- Remote monitoring & Troubleshooting software and hardware of PAN India offices.
8- Day by day provide resolutions of the user’s query of Delhi offices and remote office through telephonic/ remote viewer.
**Additional Duties**:

**Salary**: ₹8,283.30 - ₹32,042.56 per month
