We're hiring a Customer Service Executive to support a US-based healthcare process, fully remote and permanently work-from-home. This is a great fit for empathetic, adaptable professionals who take pride in helping patients navigate their healthcare journey.
What you'll do:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient registration.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
Provide guidance on medical billing and insurance queries.
Role specifics:
Permanent work-from-home opportunity.
Full night shift (Pacific Time).
High-speed internet and reliable PC or laptop required.
Prior experience with a US-based healthcare process is a strong plus.
This role is perfect for detail-oriented communicators who can stay calm under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and shine during the night hours.
