Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for helping our clients' customers solve their issues effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent support.
- Continuously improve support processes and tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with support tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
