**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (Night Shift - Work from Home)

**Shift Timing**: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

**Working Days**: 5 days a week (Fixed weekly off)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our remote team and provide outstanding service during night shifts.
- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing step-by-step assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Escalation Management**: Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or senior staff for further assistance.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and that issues are fully resolved.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with product features, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Performance Metrics**: Achieve and maintain performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
