
Customer Support Executive

is a growing online retailer for Indian groceries in the greater Seattle area. We bring every day fresh groceries to our customers delivering to 18 different cities in the Seattle area.
We are looking to add customer support executives to our team. Customer Support is core to Shoperies service. Our support team ensures that customers have a great experience with their order and resolve any issues they will have with their order. Responsibilities will include and not limited to
- Being familiar with our policy and procedures to address customer queries via email, phone call
or message
Attend calls and make calls to customers for feedback, customer outreach
Communicate and coordinate with delivery personnel for daily delivery
Work with packing team for customer order additions and replacements
Review reports and plan for the upcoming week
Share daily reports with team on fulfilment loss
Update receivable invoices in inventory
Requirements for the position.
Experience in customer support or 2+ years general work experience.
Be self-motivated. This is a remote work from home position.
Natural speaker, able to write emails and respond to customers calls.
Versatile in spoken and written English language
Experience in Excel reporting and tools, be familiar with computers to work in inventory
management and Support tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
