**Role Overview**

We're looking for a **Customer Support Representative** to be SayaCare's friendly and reliable voice. This on-site role in Noida requires someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. You’ll handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless experience for everyone who chooses us for their health needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding products, test reports, delivery status, and pricing
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our internal tools
- Coordinate with operations and pharmacy teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied
- Contribute to process improvement and maintain a high standard of service

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Excellent communication** skills in both English and Hindi
- Empathetic listener with a **patient, solution-oriented** approach
- **Diligent note-taker**, quick learner, and a **critical thinker**:

- **Detail-oriented** and committed to following processes
- Prior customer service experience in **healthcare or pharma** is a plus
- Comfortable with working in a **fast-paced startup environment**
