Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Provide feedback to improve services and products.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
