**About the Role**

We’re seeking high-energy **B2B Travel Field Sales Executives** to drive corporate and retailer partnerships across multiple locations.

This is an on-the-ground sales role focused on building and growing business relationships with **corporates, retailers, and travel partners to increase sales of our holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and other travel solutions.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Identify and visit potential corporate clients, travel retailers, and RMNs (Retailer Managed Networks) for new business tie-ups.**:

- Present and pitch company travel services (holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas) to onboard new partners.
- Build and nurture long-term B2B relationships to generate consistent revenue.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through field sales activities.
- Negotiate deals, close agreements, and ensure smooth partner onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with partners for business continuity and satisfaction.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and share feedback with management.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and pipeline reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, travel exhibitions, and industry meets.
- **Graduate in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field.**:

- 2-4 years of experience in field sales, corporate tie-ups, or **B2B travel sales**.
- Strong knowledge of **corporate sales and B2B travel partnerships.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive travel.
- Ability to work independently and build lasting business relationships.
- **Basic knowledge of travel products (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) preferred.**
